No, and we would not sell that. It works on the preparation and tracking around the design: proposals, registers, RFI responses, specification checking, resourcing and profitability. The design judgement, and the registered professional’s accountability for it, stays exactly where it is.

Can you work with our model data?

Yes. We have worked with the industry-standard model formats for quantity support, clash and submittal linking, and register automation. Model parsing is part of the standard toolkit rather than a research project, whatever your practice runs.

How does it help with fixed-fee projects going over?

By comparing what is actually being done against the scope the fee was set on, and flagging the drift while a variation is still defensible. Most fixed-fee losses are visible weeks before anyone raises them.
